With 14+ years across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, I’ve spent my career making HR measurable, fair, and accountable — not just administrative.

My professional story

I started in HR operations and grew into a Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits specialist. Along the way I led SAP SuccessFactors implementation and governance, designed grade-based salary structures, and built the workforce dashboards leaders rely on to make decisions.

My work spans multi-site operations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt — from Pharmaoverseas in Egypt to internal audit and HR roles in Riyadh, and most recently as HR Business Partner with East Delta Saudi Co. Ltd. It spans far more than any single document can capture — systems, analytics, compensation, and day-to-day operations across multiple companies.

My development learning journey

Alongside my HR work, I build websites using AI tools, and I’m a beginner in mobile app development. I’m honest about where I stand: a senior HR professional and a hands-on, beginner-level builder — not a senior software developer. I use these skills to prototype ideas, support my projects, and offer AI-powered tools and websites as a service.
